 RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY Sizes are based on industry standards. Please be certain of your sizes before placing your order. Due to the nature of the items that Madame X Lingerie sells, specifically for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns. In order to return merchandise for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original packaging with NO evidence of being worn. Original tags must be attached. The exchange can be made for another item of the same price. If the exchange is for an item of a greater dollar amount, the customer will then pay the difference. Any exchanges must be returned within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Shipping charges need to be prepaid on all merchandise being exchanged. Sorry, No Refunds. CREDIT CARD USERS Due to the ongoing problem of credit card fraud at home and abroad, Madame X Lingerie requires that the name, address and telephone number of the credit card holder match that of the "Ordered By" information on our Order Form. We do verify the "Ordered By" and the "Ship To" information. We request a photocopy of your Driver's License or State ID Card, front and back for your protection, as well as ours. Our international customers, please photocopy any other official form of photo identification containing your signature, applicable to your country of residence.
